To request a refund due to a system error, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include detailed information about the issue, such as the error encountered, date and time of the incident, and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
  3. Review: Our team will review your request and investigate the issue.

2.2 Refund Decision

  • We aim to respond to all refund requests within 7 business days.
  • If the issue is confirmed to be a system error, we will process your refund within 14 business days of confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

3. Conditions and Exclusions

3.1 Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The problem is due to the user’s application or information provided.
  • The application has already been processed and completed successfully.
  • The request is submitted after 14 days from the incident.

3.2 Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if only a portion of the service was affected by the system error.
