OUR COURSES
Be Your Own Coach (BYOC) program, a unique approach to personal growth that empowers you to become your own coach. Unlike traditional coaching programs focused on training you to coach others, BYOC teaches self-coaching techniques rooted in positive psychology, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence, enabling you to transform your own life.
This flexible, self-paced program provides access to videos, interactive exercises, worksheets, quizzes, activities, and a discussion forum. You’ll engage in JOY’s six core philosophies, guiding your personal and professional growth journey.
The preparatory phase of the course is designed to establish a foundational understanding of each participant’s values and leadership style, considering the current world. This understanding will be the cornerstone for their individual development throughout the program. Additionally, this phase aims to provide participants with personalized mentorship to guide their final project selection and execution.
